Just because Labor Day has come and gone doesn’t mean bike tours are over for us. One of the best times to visit National Parks on bikes is when the kiddos go back to school. We knew we wanted to squeeze in two more states this year and since they were right next to one another it seemed best to drive on out to Utah and Nevada to what would be our 48th and 49th state in our Cycle America challenge.
We picked one of our favorite local breweries to finalize plans and made it happen. We decided we couldn’t just visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park and cycle. Yep, the hiking shoes made the cut however the pickleball paddles, balls and shoes were left at home.
